1. Scope
This “Privacy Policy” explains how Chào Market ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of our users ("you") when you visit the Chào Market website (chaomarket.com) and use our services. Chào Market is the name of the project that operates chaomarket.com and decides the purposes and means of the processing described in this policy. The website is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Data We Collect
Data you provide to us: • When you register an account: name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), gender, date of birth, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account, such as your name and email address. • When you make a purchase or book a consultation: name, email, phone number, your preferred contact channel, the content of your request, and order details. We do not receive or store your card number or bank login details. • When you connect a trading account or use our software: trading account number, broker name, balance, equity, total deposits, total withdrawals, and trading results reported by the software, together with the device identifier used to activate a license. • When you join the referral partner program: bank name, account holder name, and a masked account number for payouts, together with the contact details of the people you refer, as provided by you. • When you contact us or link Telegram: the content you send us and the identifier of the Telegram chat you choose to link. Data collected automatically: • IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, the pages you have viewed, and technical error logs. We do not ask for identity documents and do not collect biometric data or your precise location.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: • Create and manage your account. • Grant you access to restricted content (such as the "Account Performance" area) after you have agreed to the terms. • Process orders and issue software licenses and course access. • Display the figures of your trading account and calculate related service fees, if you use that service. • Pay referral partners. • Send notifications about your account, orders, and services by email or through the Telegram account you have linked. • Respond to your inquiries and questions. • Analyse website usage and diagnose errors to improve our services. • Prevent fraud and protect the security of the website. We do not use your data to show third-party advertising.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared only in the following situations: With our service providers. Some providers host their servers outside Vietnam, so the related data may be processed abroad: • Resend: email delivery (email address, name, and message content). • payOS: payment processing (order code, amount, and product name). • Google: Google sign-in; Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies. • Cloudflare: file storage, content delivery, and storage of encrypted backups. • Sentry: technical error reporting and, if you accept analytics cookies, a recording of on-page interactions for a portion of visits to diagnose errors. • Telegram: notifications when you choose to link your Telegram account. Embedded third-party content. Some pages display charts, videos, or widgets from third parties (for example TradingView, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, MQL5). When you open those pages, your browser connects directly to the third party, which may receive your IP address and browser information under its own policy. When required by law. We may provide data in response to a lawful request from a court or a competent government authority.
5. Data Retention
• Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. • A sign-up whose email address is never verified is deleted 7 days after a reminder email, which we send 7 days after sign-up. • When you submit a data deletion request, we confirm by email that we have received it straight away, and carry it out within 20 days. • Records of paid transactions (orders, payments and the product access they bought) are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can keep using what you bought. When your data is erased at your request, the phone number is removed at once; the name and email on the order are kept only for the period accounting and tax law requires, then deleted. • Unpaid orders are deleted after 12 months and notifications after 12 months. Consultation requests are deleted 24 months after their last update; one that was paid for is kept without your personal details. • Security logs are kept for up to 24 months. • Encrypted backups are kept for up to 365 days and may still contain your data until the backup expires.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: • Know how your data is processed, through this policy. • View and download a copy of your data on the Account page. • Edit your personal information on the Account page. • Request deletion of your account and data on the Account page. • Withdraw consent you have given, including your cookie choice (see the Cookie Policy). • Lodge a complaint with us or with a competent government authority. To exercise these rights, use the functions on the Account page or send a request to support@chaomarket.com. Withdrawing consent or deleting data may mean we can no longer provide some services to you.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, passwords stored only in hashed form, encryption of certain sensitive fields, encrypted backups, and restricted internal access. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee 100% security. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Cookies

9. Changes to This Policy
